Registration Cancellation

To provide a comfortable, personalized, hands-on learning experience, Beyond the Medicine Cabinet is limited to just 20 participants. Because space is limited, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all registrations..

CANCELLATION & REFUND DEADLINE

November 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM Pacific Time

Written cancellation requests received by this deadline are eligible for a refund of the registration payment, minus a $10 administrative processing fee.

Late Cancellations & No-Show Terms

Cancellations received after November 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM Pacific Time are nonrefundable. Participants who do not attend the workshop are not eligible for a refund. However, registrations may be transferred to another person with advance notice and approval.

Seat Transfers & Event Rescheduling

If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge, provided you notify us in advance and receive approval. Please email [email protected] with the replacement attendee's name and contact information before the event. If SaveMeMagnets.com® reschedules the workshop, registered participants may attend the new date or request a full refund.

Event Cancellation

If SaveMeMagnets.com® cancels the workshop, participants will receive a full refund, including any administrative fees.

Complimentary Online Course

All paid workshop registrations include complimentary access to Level 1 — The SaveMeMagnets Beginner Quick Start System, regularly $97. Course access will be activated on November 14, 2026, for participants with active, paid registrations. Access is not provided at the time of purchase. This complimentary benefit has no separate cash or refund value.

REFUND TIMELINE

Cancellation Workflow

1. Submit Your Request

Email your cancellation or registration transfer request to [email protected].

2. Request Review

Cancellation requests received by November 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM Pacific Time qualify for a refund minus the $10 administrative fee. Registration transfers require advance approval.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

COMPLIMENTARY ENROLLMENT BENEFIT

Level 1 - The SaveMeMagnets Beginner Quick Start System

Regular Course Price: $97 USD (Included with Your Workshop Registration)

  • Activation Date: Access is unlocked on November 14, 2026 (the official morning of the live training session).

  • Registration Requirement: Requires an active, fully paid registration for the Beyond the Medicine Cabinet workshop.

  • No Separate Cash Value: Complimentary Level 1 course access is included with your workshop registration and has no separate cash or refund value.

  • Course Access: Login instructions will be emailed to your registered email address on November 14, 2026.

  • Optional Magnet Kit: The Standard 10-Magnet Kit is an optional $90 add-on to your $59 workshop registration. Kits will be provided at check-in. If a participant cancels within the eligible refund period, any purchased kit will also be refunded unless the participant requests otherwise. If the organizer cancels the workshop, all associated purchases will be refunded in full.

Please note: If your live event registration is canceled under our standard cancellation terms, access to this digital curriculum will not be activated. For any technical or portal enrollment questions, our team is readily available at support.
